Addiction: A 60s Love Story tells the true story of Max Bornstein, a full-time drug addict working in the underground porn industry in New York City in 1968. Running drugs and films to various delivery points and headquarters along the East Coast, Max constantly finds himself pursued by federal agents. However, his greatest concern lies with his wife and two young children, a family shrouded in darkness about Maxs reality and the walls closing in around him. As Max battles his consuming addiction, his family falls apart and suspicions grow about his drug use among his associates. Helpless, Max watches as reality shatters into pieces, forcing him to seek solace amidst the chaos.
